Anytime Class Library

You can access the anytime class library of on-demand classes, allowing for additional sessions outside of your weekly live Zoom classes. This includes after-access to our weekly cardio-yoga class should you happen to miss the live, or wish to revisit the session.

This library of classes is designed so that you can access & practice classes in your own time. These classes have different focuses & difficulty levels, and as such we suggest that you discuss your participation with James before starting to ensure they are relevant to your current training abilities & goals.
